<p>My package is being shipped from overseas and has been in the country for 2 weeks, I have contacted the western cape post office who said the package is at the johannesburg mail hub. The Johannesburg mail hub said the package is not in the country yet. While the western cape post office as well as the singapore post says it is. I just spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold trying to reach customer service and still no answer.</p>
