7 weeks and counting and my parcel is still not here

<p>I ordered a parcel from overseas at the end of April. It was send to SA and the tracking number confirmed that it landed on SA s****s on the 12th of May. Here I tried getting answers from SARS, SAPO and anyone who can answer me regarding it's status but I was told that it is "not scanned yet".</p> <p> </p> <p>Then, out of the blue, on the 15th of June I notice that the parcel was sent to my local SAPO for collection. I query this and I'm told to wait "3~5 days" for it to arrive. Today marks 10 business days after this and it's still not at my local SAPO. I've been asking for this parcel now for 7 weeks and everone tells me there is "a delay". This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I can't collect my parcel and I can't continue with the project I'm working on because of it. I have to keep making up excuses but there comes a time when excuses isn't working anymore. I keep getting generic, useless replies from SAPO and I'm sick and tired of it. Nobody can even tell me where my parcel is and I'm worried that it's just lying someone in a big warehouse waiting for someone to randomly come across it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need answers ASAP. Local tracking number is II ********** 01ZA (not that that helps).</p>
