6 Weeks at customs!
I have written many complaints and I still have found no joy. My packages have been held at customs by JIMC for over 6 weeks now! I keep sending them the invoice as they request and yet they keep sending me emails (each time a different person) requesting an invoice. I am not exaggerating. These people are completely inept at what they do! Completely and utterly *********** and there is no communication between them. Trying to get hold of them on the phone is like trying to get an appointment to see the pope. Once again, here are the tracking numbers. If you ask me once again for an invoice I will smack you like a little child!

RU***CH - RI***ZA still held for an invoice.
RS***NL - RI***ZA still held for an invoice.
Your comment is noted and we are really sorry for the delayed delivery of your mailed item and for all the inconvenience suffered . Customs is experiencing delays with regards to the processing of international incoming registered articles and this has resulted to most items being held at the section much longer than they should be. Records show that both your items are at the section since 15/04/2015 and will be scanned and released to your local branch as soon as they are cleared.
We can assure you that your these items will be delivered however the delivery process will take longer than usual. We have also escalated your comments to the International Mail Centre Management team so that they may address the issue of non- acknowledgement of your sumitted invoices.
Once again, our apology for an inconvenience caused.
