6 MONTHS & STILL WAITING!
I have an international parcel that has been in South Africa since September 2014, but not yet delivered to me.<br> <br> It was confirmed in December last year (after literally 13 phone calls before getting hold of someone) that it is at EMS at Johannesburg International.<br> I have phoned every week since to follow up on my parcel. Most weeks nobody picks up, and when I actually did get hold of someone, again they said it is at EMS and that it will be processes in a week. That week ended beginning of Feb. Every week it is a struggle getting hold of someone. Tried phoning EMS now again, and after the 8th call that wasn't picked up, I am resorting to this.<br> <br> It has been six months since the parcel arrived in SA. Can someone, anyone please help get my parcel to me.<br> International tracking number is CJ***US.<br>

Your item was at the Highveld Post office on 28/11/14 and was kept at the branch for the prescribed period of 30 days as well as the extended period that was allotted for items that were affected by the strike then after which it was returned to the sender as unclaimed. It was scanned and received back by the originating postal administration and has a delivery scan dated 04/03/15.
Please do follow up on it further with the sender.
