6 Months and Waiting

Quite disgusted that my parcel has been stuck with SAPO since last year August. How can it take this long. I have not had feedback from anyone and i cannot get hold of any of the call centers. 6 Months and still no parcel. I have no faith in the post office and will never ship anything through them again.
