6 Month wait - NO DELIVERY
Had a package shipped from the USA on the 6th of January 2015.<br> <br> Still have not recieved the item.. Please help, I am getting desperate !!<br> <br> Tracking number USPS - LK***US

W are unable to find records on our system with the number provided, LK***US.
Kindly note that according to the United Postal Union regulations (UPU) the number provided is not recognised as a tracking label but a custom order number therefore such items are not always recorded onto our system as they are not sent via a recorded mail service thus making it difficult for us to attribute the reason for non-receipt or delays thereof.
A search with your name and surname was also unsuccessful.
You may kindly visit your local post point and ask the assisting teller to check if they have any shelved items for you as unrecorded articles are usually forwarded to the recipient's nearest branch for collection.
