5 star on Poor Service delivery

The level of poor service delivery at post office Durban is outstanding, I posted my parcel from Durban to Bloemfontein on the 20th of January and up until now that parcel is still in Durban, I won't recommend anyone to use your services, you're unreliable and unworthy of our support.
