5 months and no clarity

I wrote a report on the 1st of February regarding an item that I cannot track from EMS (code LK***US). SA post office has asked me to email their customer care with details. I have done so and reluctantly there is still no feedback on my item. I requested specifically for a recourse and emailing customer services is of no use. They don't get back to you. I would really like a means of taking someone to task. If US mail can track the item till it leaves the USA, I find if very unfortunate that members of the post office can help themselves to items that we have purchased with hard earned money and no recourse when they do. How much longer will this disingenuous behaviour and lack of respect carry on for?
