40 minutes in queue still not moved
hi there i went to the PO in pretoria CBD, and after 40minutes in the queue i was STILL 6th in the queue. i have seen 10 people been helped, and probably 12 licenses been issued, but every person pushed in front of the queue, and even the guy behind the counter helped other people before attending to the queue.

USELESS. no wonder PO is closing offices, its because theres no service to people abiding to the rules
