4 weeks with no delivery
i bought items online from waker wargames and had them send it to Bloemfontein, unfortunately it has been 4 weeks with no delivery. i have contacted the post office and they refuse to help me unless i have a tracking number even though i have told them i did not receive 1.

Ordinary mail matter is unrecorded and it is subsequently difficult to attribute a reason non-receipt or delays especially with the influx of international mail articles that are processed on a daily basis. Upon checking with your name and surname we can advise that there aren't any recorded articles listed on our system for you.
If the items is outside it's target delivery time frame please contact the sender and request that they log an enquiry with their local Postal Authority to follow up on the whereabouts' your items.
We apologize that we cannot be of further assistance at this time.
