4 weeks and still no delivery

It's exactly 4 weeks that my parcel is lying at the South African Post Office. I keep contacting speed services for an update and keep hearing that my parcel is in transit at Witspos hub, which doesn't help me much. I'm super frustrated and have gone from being patient to over the top now. If ever you do online shopping don't forget to add please do not despatch my parcel to SAPO; they are inefficient. Constantly blaming it on their backlog. who cares about your backlog provide the service that we are paying for. I'd hate to see what will happen to the poor pensioners who try and gain their money after they get their hands on that contract.
