30min and a ****py attitude

Just sat o hold for 30min to track my parcels. Why I can just get the local tracking numbers yourself online I will never know. Please enable a site where I can get the local tracking myself please!!! I nearly fell off of my chair when a guy finally answered. I politely said 'oh thank goodness I was on hold for 30minutes' to which the call centre agent didnt even bother with the generic apology I expected-he remained silent. I was quite angry, I wanted to tell him he should at least be more sympathetic as I'm wasting my time and money on hold because they are constantly 'experiencing high call volumes'-what a ****py attitude. But I thought all I need is for him to hang up and I'll never get my parcels. Oh and btw the hold message sounds like the lady is saying 'your call is imported to us not important to us'.
