3 Weeks And Still Not Delivered?!

I had purchased something online and paid for US Express International Delivery. The package arrived in South Africa on August 11, 2015. It is now August 25, 2015 and I am yet to receive the package. This is ridiculous.<br> <br> The track and trace shows the following:<br> Local date/time Activity Location Remarks<br> 8/11/2015 3:15 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC E <br> 8/11/2015 3:15 PM Held by customs JIMC E <br> 8/18/2015 9:58 AM Departure from inward office of exchange JIMC A<br> <br> How does it take an entire week to clear customs? And then it shows the package departed the inward office on August 18, 2015 and I still haven't received the package?!<br> <br> SA Post Office has to be the single worst post office in the entire world! So sick and tired of their bull ****.<br> <br>
