3 months wait for parcel

I'm still awaiting delivery of my parcel USPS tracking no: LJ***US, which was sent USPS from the US on 16 January 2015.<br> <br> According to major tracking websites the parcel is still in transit and according to employees at customs the parcel has not yet been scanned as received in SA. The employee informed me that my parcel is most probably in a huge back-log at customs..<br> <br> I called very day for the past 4 weeks and to date still no parcel. I am told all the time there is a back-log. I called again this morning and was told it might be in the country but it's most likely not scanned at customs yet. The fact that it arrived by plane and not ship, so it can really not take 3 MONTHS. <br> <br> Surely it can't take the SAPO that long to work through back-log as the strike ended in November, which is why I waited till end of January to place my order.<br> <br> Can you please assist as i am concerned that my parcel might be lost.<br> <br> USPS tracking no: LJ***US
