3 months and my item still at JHB mail center

I order a product from Portugal in early September. According to the distributor it has arrived in the country months back. As I cannot get through to the mail center I'm not sure where it is. At this point I assume it has been ****** at the mail center.

At my wits end at the moment. Any assistance from someone higher up at the Post Office will be greatly appreciated.
