3 months and counting

I'm sure this is my fifth plea with the Post Office to sort out my query that was logged on the 27th of March about my parcel that was given to someone who wasn't me. As of that time the Post Office has really been of no help in getting this rather tragic situation sorted, I have called so many times its ridiculous. I am was dealing with Veronica who is the acting section head for Kempton Park, my dealings with her drew no result and I ended putting up another Hello Peter complaint. When I told her I would log another complaint she simply said \That's fine sir"and that to me is showing no regard for the **** service I have received from them.
