3 consecutive days coming yo the branch and still

I've been coming to this branch for 3 consecutive days to fetch my mail that has my cars license renewal disc will arrived at the branch on the 11th of March, 1st of all I waited for the receipt to arrive and it didn't so I decided to take action and go to the branch, I was then told that its in a pile that has to be sorted mind you it was the 18th, 7days after my mail arrived, spoke to the supervisor and all she told me was that they will look for it, taking it lightly, got traffic fines worth R1500 because of this license disc, but they still don't care, I am now at the branch and no one is helping or trying to find it, I gave them my number to call me 3 days back and there isnt even a notification to tell me that they looking for it, I cant drive anywhere without receiving a traffic fine and i'll be the one paying those fines for their work they not doing, i've had it!!!
