3:15 out of cash for money order

I just visited Post Office Tygervalley for drawn R2700 that was send to me via Money order from Kleinzee branch. It was 15:15 Tuesday afternoon. The lady told me that they just bank all their cash and no one in the entire Post office got money. When I show my disappointment, she raised her voice to me: telling me that she just told me. I had to calm her down. How ridiculous!! Then she told me that the PO will close at 17h30 and I can come back at 17h00. Hopefully there will be money. Have you ever heard of that!!!<br> I am so disappointed in the Post office. To send client's away like that. You know then I rather work with machines. It will be more acceptable if it's out of cash. Please do something about that branch. The service is just poor...and by saying that, I've got some other examples as same place to share.
