25 days package has been waiting to go to customs!!!

<p>I ordered a package from China and usually I have it here in SA in just over a month. It usually takes two to three weeks to arrive in SA from China. This particular package arrived in SA on thge 21st of June and has not even been to customs. Why is there a 35 day delay once it arrives at OR Thambo?
