2 weeks in cape mail transit and no one willing to assist me over the phone

<p>Hi I've been tracking my international parcel and it's been stuck in transit at cape mail for two weeks. I phoned cape mail at ********** 712 and it went directly to the waiting melody without being greeted. So I decided to be persistant and droped the call and phone again when I get put on hold. The third time the operator picked up asked me what I want and put me back on hold. </p>
