2 of my parcels held up at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE since May 2018

Two of my parcels from china arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE in May 2018 already, to date I have not received my parcels, I have tried to call them with no avail and I have sent emails and no one has attended to anyone of them.
