2 months waiting on a parcel that is now missing

SAPO should just close down for good. I have been waiting 2 months for a package that they received from abroad. The package has been cleared from customs 2 months back. I phone every day , I was told my package is on it's way to me. After another week , still nothing. Now my package is missing ? And when I phone , I am told tomorrow !!! I am fed up !! Will they be refunding me R2500.00 ?? The customer service line might as well not work. Cause NO ONE ever answers !! PATHETIC that we have to beg daily for our own packages , and after this service we still need to pay customs fees , WHAT FOR ??
