2 months later and still nothing!

Lets see if I can get this right for the fourth time! So the Post Office has been very laid back and have not gotten back to me on my parcel that was ****** from the Kempton Park Edleen branch. I filled in a form on the 27th March 2015 and from there I dealt with a rather rude lady that wasn't interested in my complaint. So I posted a report here and got this response on 16th April 2015 and this is the reply I received: <br> Hello Allingtom,<br> Thank you for your comment.<br> The above concerns have been referred to a relevant consultant at our retail section who will investigate and assist with resolution in due course. Your reference is HD***.<br> Please accept our sincere regret for an inconvenience this may have caused you.<br> Regards,<br> Customer Service.<br> <br> So its a month later since the response but no feedback and I really need to make it clear that my patience has now run out and I need a refund. We need this sorted out because the post office is totally useless and I will never use them again. <br> I will Post Another report on here next week should I not have proper feedback as to how far the process is and I will also make it clear on all social media how useless they are.
