14 DAYS NON DELIVERY OF COURIERED LETTER

I posted a registered mail at the King Shaka airport on the 03-08-2015 for urgent delivery. I have tried to track the parcel via the web and find the post office website not functioning. Attempted to call on numerous occasion from abroad with the automatic reply for high call volumes. My agent in JHB sends the driver out daily for any sign or delivery of this parcel. This is the worst service I have seen and cannot understand why there is no resolution and explanation given. No petrol to deliver mail...
