10 day overseas delivery still in South Africa 7 weeks later

I sent urgent documents overseas on 13 Feb. They guaranteed me 10 business day delivery. It's now 5 April and the documents are still at the international sort facility in Johannesburg. If you call they tell you to surf to ems.co.za which has nothing there. If you wait for an agent, then at the end of the wait they cut you off. Tracking number Cn ********** 50za. Tragically irresponsible with important documents. God knows what will happen to our poor when these people take over social grant payments.
