1 week without any assistance.

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Tracking number: RS ********** 00CN. I am trying to find out why my parcel has been at customs for 1 week without any update. I have sent countless emails and not received any response and if i did get a response the person tells me the information i know. "Your parcel is at customs" seriously i know my parcel is at customs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I needed the parcel for this past weekend for a child event but i couldnt make it because received no update from the Customer services or from the Mail center in Johannesburg. I have another event this weekend and i would like to have the parcel by then. Please can i get an update on my parcel and if i can come pick up the parcel so that there are no further delays.</p>
