1 month and 1 week - no delivery!

Paid over R1200 on the 23rd of November, 2017 for airmail to Singapore, after being told the package would be delivered in 7-10 days. It's now the 29th of December, and the package has not left the country. Complaining is truly pointless, it would do the government good to cut their losses and let the post be handled by a private company. At this rate, we might as well go back to using carrier ***eons and smoke signals!! If I could rate SAPO less than one star, I would....
