SA Police Clearance

For some reason no one in this department is sending out police clearance. The portal states that my police clearance was finalized on the 7th of July 2024, to date my police clearance has not been sent out. Sent countless emails but no one responds. No one even responds to calls for this department...this is so disappointing. And yet we don't have other options.
