NON-FUNCTIONAL SA Police Department

I mailed my daughters documents for Police Clearance for a job application in March 2024. As per the web inquiry, the application was finalized and with the courier on 18.06.2024 To date, I have not received the delivery. I have sent numerous emails to the designated address and have not received any reply or acknowledgement. I even tried the Police marketing department, they too have not responded.
