Utterly disgusted!

So I filled my general details on the above website for a loan and received a call within 5 minutes from a call centre. The consultant was extremely rude, asked for my name, surname, id no and salary to which I responded, thereafter she immediately asks for my bank account number and tells me that she will call me back to see if I qualify, so I asked her how can I give you my account number to see if I qualify, she never asked where I live, where I work, she didn't even ask me what bank do I use. She was extremely rude and abrupt and told me that she will cancel the application and just remained quiet. I asked to speak to her manager to which she hung up. Had she been in front of me, I would've slapped her as I come from a call centre background and we don't treat client this way. This site and call centre deserves no stars!
