<p>SA Payment Exchange:</p> <p> - After following their instructions to contact another company regarding my dispute, did not assist further when other company continues to be in default.</p> <p> - Person (eventually) answering the phone cannot communicate effectively, and passes exactly the same instruction again which doesn't work. i.e. the victim is put into a loop.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
