Unauthorized debit order

today I noticed a debit order that I never authorised from my account that went off on the 1st of December addressed to "Luvmore" then "my id number" I managed to reverse it but I was curious (still am) I wanted to know the person who has the nerve to debit money from my account without my permission I then went to the bank for names, they said it was debited by "SA payment exchange"??? and they gave me three numbers which I tried to call, one with no answer and the other two does not exist. I never did business with them I didn't even know they exist until today, I need to know what I was paying for and how did they get my baking details.
