UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

This company debited my account with R98 without my permission. Reference was Limitless followed by my ID number. I contacted my bank (nedbank) to trace the payment, they confirmed it's from a company called South African Payment Exchange with Telephone number ********** 750. I do not know anything about his company or have given them permission to debit my account nor do I know how they got my bank account details. I have requested Nedbank to reverse this payment but unfortunately I have to call them tomorrow before 1pm as they close at 3pm. I will be requesting a full investigation from Nedbank on how they accepted this debit order from this unknown company.
