Un authorized debit order
A debit order for R99.00 went through on my FNB account on the 1st March 2016 and miraculously an SMS alert was activated and SMS alert was send. And I immediately went into my internet account and to my surprise R 99.00 debit order with reference Roving JETRJ 676711 went through, and I immediately placed a stop payment and notified the on line FNB help desk.

What is surprising and of great concern is that I have NEVER heard or dealt with this company before, and it's even more worrying that these companies (SA payment exchange in conjunction with Roving Jet) were able to obtain my banking details without my consent, or authorization verbal or written for that matter.

And further more at no stage did I ever divulge or give this company my banking details, and yet they were able to get my banking details on an account which my debit orders DO NOT normally go through.

It's a matter of great concern as Loyal FNB client and many other FNB clients that our .... Our hard earned monies are no longer safe or secure, I did not leave this matter and I send an email to FNB debit order Query team.
