SA Payment Exchange *****

So I requested a 6 months bank statement to reconcile debt I have been paying since October 2017 to my surprise I find a debit order I have not authorised for R95.00. I called my bank and was told it is for a company in the name of SA Payment Exchange Exchange and I have no idea who these people are. The description of the transaction changes every month seemingly, from luvmore to using my ID number. The bank cannot help so I'm forced to close my account.
