Outstanding Service Delivery

I had paving done by SA Paving about 4 years ago. About two weeks ago I sent an email to SA Paving advising them that my paving is sinking. I only sent an email from a new email address and didn't provide any further details. <br> <br> A week later I receive a call from a gentleman who advised that he will be at my house the next day to do the repairs. <br> <br> They had all my information and didn't require anything further from me. They also didn't (as most) dispute their workmanship or whether they had done the paving etc etc. They came out. Spent the better part of the morning at my house and completed the repairs. No if's, but's or why's.<br> <br> I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude for the excellent service, polite staff and clean workmanship.<br> <br> Service such as this is unheard of in South Africa nowadays, and so for that I am truly grateful. Thank you
