Missed Appointment x2
Received quote from SA paving and accepted. Andre gave workers wrong work instructions, thus running out of bricks. Additional quote requested and accepted. Now I was promised twice by Christo that the paving crew would come and finish the job.(even on the day itself). This never happened. I then phoned and spoke to Pieter who apologised on behalf of the company. The paving was completed, so the crew left. Alfred asked if they could leave the equipment and rubble at my place over the Easter weekend as the vehicle broke down. Alfred said it will be collected on Tuesday. I agreed. Tuesday they only collected their equipment and not the rubble. Once again I phoned and spoke to Pieter. He said he would organise it that it gets collected that evening. Once again, second appointment missed.

SA Paving should keep their finger on the pulse of what needs to be done and keep to appointments...
I thank you for taking my call yesterday. I once again apologise profusely for the non-communication that transpired due to the variation order which resulted in waiting for more bricks and the final clean-up of the rubble.
I thank you for understanding and accepting my apology.
I am very pleased as you confirmed to me that you are very happy with the end product of the paving job, and that it has lived up to your expectations, in the paving quality and final product.
