My lab results were not sent to my Dr as agreed

I went for blood tests at SA Path-Mthatha on the 02/04/16 and I was told the results would be sent to my Dr in 4-5 days. On the 18/04/16 my Dr had not received anything from SA Path. I called SA Path on that same day and was told I didn't pay for the blood tests. I told the lady on the other end that I did and I had the reciept in my hands. She apologized and said she will send them through and I should get feed back from my Dr by the end of the day latest by the 19/04/16. On the 20/04/16 I physically went to SA Path offices and enquired about my results. The same lady I spoke to on the phone confirmed that the results were at the Dr's rooms. On the 21/04/16 I called the Dr's rooms and was informed that hadn't received anything. I called SA Path immediately and the gentleman I spoke to told me the results were printed on the 07/04/2016 and were sent to the Dr's rooms on the 08/04/2016. I called the Dr's rooms again and the lady there called the gentleman who said he did not say the results were sent on the 08/04/2016 but that they had been printed on the 07/04/16 and that was it! Very disappointed considering I payed for this service and now I am being given the run around!
