No Passport no Home affairs......

My wife app**** for a passport. Up to Yesterday, no passport was issued by Home affairs. We are going on a honeymoon trip to Zanzibar and our flight leaves the 12 of Dec 2023. They cannot or will not give us any answers on why it is not issued yet. She app**** in Oct already with an appointment in Klerksdorp.
