SA Paint & gutter

Good day Sir I wrote hello Peter last year about a company SA Paint & gutters from Krugersdorp. In 11 August 2014 they done renovating on my house in Erasmia. They gave me a guarantee of 10years against flaking and fading.

Since then I call them back through hello peter various times. All the Paint is coming loose on the outside walls. Last year I wrote hellopeter about this problem and they ( Corrie from SA Paint & gutters) contact me afterwards. We ( Me and Corrie the owner) come to the agreement that they will start repair first week of January 2021. Corrie the owner keep making excuses about weather and all. For the last month now Corrie promise he will come sort the problem out but nothing happens. It seems Corry wait not with excuses till Guarantee expires. Please assist me in this regard.
