SA Paint by Numbers

Goodday, i have ordered 2 kits from SA Paint by Numbers, 22 June and 03 Aug I have paid the invoices and send them proof of payment they rep**** to me and said the kits will be delivered with the next shipment, In the meantime while I was waiting for my delivery there was no response whenever I ask them when I will receive my order. After I made a comment on Facebook when they advertised the Kits, they blocked me on Facebook The next day they rep**** on my whatsapp to say: sincere apologies for the delay your kits are in transit on the next shipment we'll ship them to you as soon as they arrive in about 2 weeks time that was the 14the of September. I have send whatsapp message from my husband and friends cell numbers to see if they are still in business , when they reply and I ask about my outstanding orders they don't reply again Again I started sending whatsapp messages every morning saying : Hi, please just answer me on my delivery date And still no response . This morning we used another friends cell nr asking if we can put in a order, they rep**** yes, so I send them my invoice numbers asking about my delivery date But again they don't rep**** back I have spend over R1000 on these 2 kits and al I want to know is when will I receive my order. I have send them a lot of emails as well, I used the email adres they send the invoices on. But no reply. What else must I do, to just get an answer
