SA Online directory (Link advertising) misrepresentation

The company issued a 'free' listing on their website which we agreed to. Subsequently the company sent a quote form to be completed which had very small print which mentioned a cost. After receiving an invoice we immediately moved to cancel and offer them a pro-rata settlement for the time our business was listed which was declined (we were listed for 4 days). They are now perusing legal remedies. The company approached us via an unsolicited email which we never subscribed for or opted for. I would caution companies and individuals about this company, *** <***> and LINK ON advertising.
