South African Nursing Council -Most unprofessional/pathetic business to deal with

Most unprofessional/pathetic business to deal with and then they give themselves out as the body entrusted to set and maintain standards of nursing education and practice in the Republic of South Africa?

In Jan 2023 I discovered that my name could not be found on the e-register. After numerous phone calls(they do not answer any calls) I decided to e-mail the registrar with my concern.I did not get any reply back. One month later at the end of February, I send another e-mail without any reply. On the 7th of March after an e-mail to customer services I received a reply from a Ms Rossouw that I, ve short paid my annual fees for 2023 but seeing that I am in credit for fees paid for 2021 and 2022 I actually have R 260 credit and I don't have to pay anything more.I just need to complete the restoration form and send it to ***, which I did. It is now 2 months later I have,t had one reply from restorations. My name has still not been restored to the register. I own a private practice and lose business every day because medical aids can't find me on e-register.
