Restoration fees

I've paid my annual SANC fees of R630 on 31 Dec 2017 as the requirement is to pay " on or before 31 Dec annually" Unfortunately i was removed from the nurses roll as, according to them, my payment only reflected on their account on the 2nd of Jan 2018. Consequently I had to pay a restoration fee of R1 880 in order to get my name back on the nursing roll. I feel this is unfair as I have pay within the prescribed time period..irrespective of when the money reflected in their account. Please assist. Thank you
