Extremely bad customer service.....

I called the call centre on 15/01/2019 at 159pm with an inquiry- the lady that answered my call not only was she impatient but extremely rude too. This person ended up hanging up on me when i reprimanded her on her attitude and rude phone etiquette... SANC you are better off having machines provide info that having to experience the lack of customer service i experienced.
