Customer Complaint
On the 28th of June I wrote a complaint email to SANC and up to date still haven't received a response. The email reads as follows:
Dear Sir/Madam
I Tidimalo Hlatshwayo, 25 years of age from Mohlakeng Randfontein, am lodging a complaint about the ill-treatment and poor service I received from Mohlakeng Clinic. The Nurses name is SR Gumede, working night shift on 27/06/2023.
I had suffered loss of blood due to an up normal heavy flow with clots and severe cramps and thought I should find help since I've been bleeding heavily. I arrived at the above mentioned clinic at 18:47 only to be assisted at about 21:23 by a rude, *********** nurse who took my health issue for granted and mischievously became dismissive without giving concern and attention to the problem presented to her.
Mrs Sr Gumede, the nurse, was very rude. Even before I could finish explaining my problem she said "it's only period pains" and gave me pills and said that's it, nothing much and looked away. I went on to enquire with her as to whether I can't be made a thorough check being concerned my the clots from my heavy bleeding which has been going on for the past days. She said bring back my pills and wrote a referral letter then told me she won't give me anything for pain because I wanted to be checked, when I asked for pills for that night before going to the hospital she threw in 4 pill uncovered pills on my hand and told me to take them after a meal, meaning I was supposed to carry them like that and told me to leave.
My health was compromised here. I was not given proper health attention.

I would appreciate if this matter could be attended to as I am aggrieved by this treatment in a health facility.
Yours sincerely Tidimalo Hlatshwayo ***
Please assist.
