Worste service received

<p>I app**** for a loan at Bridge Corporate. After submitting all my documents, i was told that I need to have a ATM statement. So the next day, I submitted the ATM statement. The consultant then asked me to provide her with our HR telephone number & I told her that it is on the application form that was sent to her 2 days ago. she was not even aware that I sent the application form.When i asked when the loan would be paid out, I was told to wait until i receive a sms. I received the sms. When i called them today, i was told that the money will be paid out by tomorrow. When i called the head office i was told that there is a back log & the loan will only be paid out in 10 working days. This has been the worst service I have received from a financial instutution ever.</p>
