WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>i have app**** for a brige loan and after a million delays. i received a sms approving the loan on the 18.11.2016. i was first told that this would take 15days to release funds. The initial agent i dealt with has provided me NO NO NO feedback, after numerous emails asking for feedback. everytime i call the "customer service department" they have a different story. No one can clarify why it takes so long, this has been a very very taxing experience for me. i requested this as i needed it for an emergency and that i made clear to the first agent i dealt with. today is my 15th day!!!! called to enquire if funds will be release today and to my service i was told NOOOOO! 15 days is just an estimation! they are currently releasing funds that was approved on the 16th of Nov... WHAT TOM FOOLERY!!!!!!! this is by far the worst service i have ever experience, working in the customer service industry i know the importance of FEEDBACK, CLIENT SATISFACTION and trying to GO THE EXTRA MILE.</p>
