WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

<p>I app**** for a loan on the 20 September 2016 at East London Branch. I was told to come back on the 27 Sept in order to qualify on their application criteria. I submitted all necessary documents and i was told to wait for the sms and the payout will be paid within 24 hrs which was a biggest Mislead ever as i am still waiting even now. I kept on calling the Branch and I was assisted by Anelisa Mandita who kept on refering me to their head office as they all been making excuses about the back log. I am not happy with the service at all, Bridge Loans needs to learn a thing or two about Client Centricity. Their staff in their head office are rude and kept on hanging up on me.</p>
