Worst customer experience

I feel that this company is a bunch of ******** straight I wouldn't recommend any person to even consider taking a call from them, they have taken my money and I am having immense issues with trying to cancel and have my money reimbursed. Each person you speak to from them gives you a totally different story. I've emailed them more then a week ago after the consultant advised I need to email them. Can anyone please assist with how I deal with this urgently please. I need this debit order stopped because even my bank can't assist.
